Rick J. Nehora is a litigation attorney with the Irvine, California office of Berger Harrison, APC. Mr. Nehora’s ranges from high exposure premises liability and bodily injury actions to products liability cases, including wrongful death and survival claims concerning catastrophic injuries, disfigurement and traumatic brain injuries.
Mr. Nehora has successfully tried numerous civil matters as well as a multitude of pre-trial and post-trial motions in both state and federal court. Mr. Nehora is admitted to practice law in both California and Arizona and has appeared pro hac vice in other jurisdictions.
Mr. Nehora completed his undergraduate coursework at the University of California, Berkeley, where he obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Legal Studies. Subsequently, Mr. Nehora obtained a Juris Doctorate from Santa Clara University School of Law. During that time, Mr. Nehora had the pleasure of clerking for the Honorable Judge Jamie Jacobs-May of the Superior Court of California, County of Santa Clara.
When he’s not practicing law, Mr. Nehora enjoys the outdoors including spending time at the beach.
