Ian’s practice is focused on all aspects of construction and real estate, including public works, commercial and residential real estate transactions and litigation. Ian has experience in all facets of construction and has represented contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, homeowners, buyers, sellers, developers, public entities and sureties, amongst other diverse clientele in administrative hearings, arbitration and trial. Ian is licensed to practice law in all California state courts and United States District Courts.
Ian received his undergraduate degree from the University of California at Santa Barbara and his law degree from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles, California. Ian resides in Los Angeles, where he enjoys an active lifestyle with his family.
