Dan Harrison grew up in the Bay Area of Northern California and graduated from California State University at Chico with a B.A. in Political Science. He then moved to Manhattan Beach and obtained his law degree from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles.
Dan spent his first several years as insurance defense counsel, handling auto and premises liability cases in addition to construction defect cases. He also has extensive experience as a litigator and transactional attorney with an emphasis in real estate, construction, and business. Dan’s clients include real estate investors with portfolios north of 100 millions of dollars, entrepreneurs, contractors and other construction professionals. Dan has successfully represented clients in hundreds of cases, including arbitration, bench and jury trials.
Dan is licensed to practice law in all California state courts as well as all United States District Courts within the State of California.

Oceanfront Construction Defect: Obtained $700k settlement for Ritz Cove homeowner in dispute against general contractor
Appeal: After prevailing at trial against swimming pool contractor, prevailed on appeal regarding application of the equal dignities rule and the statute of frauds.
