Benjamin Berger
A native of Chicago, Illinois, Ben graduated from Northern Illinois University in 1994 with a B.A. in Corporate Communications. Having already spent eight summers working as a laborer and heavy equipment operator for the family construction company, he began working year round as an estimator and foreman right after college. In 1997, while still working construction during the day, Ben began attending the John Marshall Law School at night. Ben left Chicago and moved to Orange County in 1999. Upon arriving in Orange County, he transferred to Whittier Law School and graduated from there in 2001.
Ben's practice is devoted to both litigation and transactional matters, with an emphasis on business, construction, and real estate. Ben has tried bench and jury trials and has represented parties at administrative law trials.
Additionally, Ben is a professional sports agent certified by the Major League Baseball Players Association. He has represented professional athletes in negotiations for playing contracts, endorsement deals, and a grievance against a team before the office of the Commissioner of Major League Baseball.
Ben is licensed to practice in all California state courts as well as the United States District Court for the Central District of California. Ben is also licensed to practice law in the State of Illinois.
Ben and his wife, Michelle, live in Ladera Ranch.
